CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT POLICY

PURPOSE

The purpose of our Client Service Agreement Policy is to make sure you fully understand our products, services, and policies. We want you to have the information you need to make well-informed decisions and feel confident in your purchase. We're here to help with any questions you may have.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Swim Platforms LLC designs and custom fabricates swim platforms and swim steps for boats. Our Sandbar Shade Co. product line includes boat umbrella shade systems with mounted receivers for easy setup and removal.

QUOTES AND ESTIMATES

Quotes are based on the information provided and the boat details available at the time of the quote. If the boat's measurements, condition, or mounting area differ from what was provided, additional fabrication, parts, or labor may be needed, which may affect the final price and timeline.

PAYMENT

Payment terms will be provided with your quote or invoice. Payment must be received in full before products are released or installation is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

CUSTOM FABRICATION

Because our products are custom built, slight variations in fit and finish may occur. Custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once fabrication has begun.

INSTALLATION AND FIT

Customers who install products themselves are responsible for proper mounting and installation. Swim Platforms LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, modifications, or use outside of the product's intended purpose.

SHADE SYSTEM USE

Sandbar Shade umbrella systems are designed for normal conditions on the water. Customers should monitor weather and take down the umbrella in high winds. Swim Platforms LLC is not responsible for damage caused by high winds, storms, or improper use.

PRE-EXISTING BOAT CONDITION

Any pre-existing damage to the boat, transom, or mounting area falls outside the scope of our work. Swim Platforms LLC is not responsible for previous damage or repairs.
